Garden Club Meeting Dates Set for 2025
Posted on Mar 18th, 2025
Residents and Club Members are warmly invited to participate in the monthly meetings of the Garden Club of Stone Oak, which take place from April through November each year.

Mark your calendars now for these program dates in 2025: April 17, May 15, June 19, July 24, August 21, September 18, October 16, and November 20.  We are currently scheduling an exciting slate of speakers.

Participants need not be Garden Club Members to attend, but our hope is that attendees will want to support the lovely spring bulb and summer annual displays at each of our neighborhood’s entrances, among other areas, which are funded by our members and donors. Garden Club Membership is $30 per year per household. Watch for more information coming soon.  If you’re a Facebook user, you’re welcome to join the group Garden Club of Stone Oak Birds & Blooms.

See you at Garden Club!

A Sidewalk Maintenance Reminder from SOHA
Posted on Mar 1st, 2025
The Stone Oak Homeowners Association wants all residents to be aware of the township and state standards for sidewalk maintenance.

The responsibility of public sidewalk repairs and maintenance is the sole responsibility of the property owner.  This includes replacement and repair of cracked, deteriorating, chipping or uneven sidewalks, greater than one inch variance.  Public sidewalk snow and ice removal is the responsibility of the homeowner and must be completed shortly after the snow or ice event has occurred.  Ohio Revised Code allows township trustees to order the construction, repair, or maintenance of sidewalks and to assess the cost to the abutting property owners.
