At the 3/9/22 Stone Oak HOA Board Meeting, the Board of Trustees reviewed the deed restrictions with respect to signs. While only "for sale" signs are specifically permitted in the deed restrictions, the Board has the authority to approve other types of signs and recognize the pride that the Stone Oak parents have in their children.  Therefore, the Board is granting advance approval for school-related signs only, such as graduation, school welcome or sports signs to be displayed from May 15 - June 15 and August 15 - September 15 each year. School-related signs are not permitted outside of those dates.
